In time, and depending on care taken and the amount of wear, fashion jewellery pieces are susceptible to having the gold/silver wearing away.

To prevent your accessories from breaking or tarnishing easily, follow these simple tips, which will keep your fashion jewellery looking fabulous, fresh and intact for as long as possible.

• be extra careful with plated jewellery not to scuff; keep separate from other jewellery which may scratch it. Keep protected in a jewellery box;

• avoid exposing your jewellery to solvents, perfumes, hair sprays or other chemicals. Make sure that these are applied and fully absorbed before putting on your jewellery;

• oils in skin and sulphur in some knitwear can tarnish jewellery, but this can be kept minimal by caring for it;

• do not wear your jewellery whilst in bed, showering, gardening, doing housework, swimming or at the gym;

• keep away from hard surfaces. Bumps and scratches will cause the gold layer to wear away faster;

• do not wear plated jewellery all of the time;

• put jewellery on last when dressing and take off first when undressing;

• to prevent jewellery tarnishing, use some anti-tarnish tissue paper to wrap your fashion jewellery in, which will give your jewellery the best protection against blemishing;

• for a nice polished finish, use a soft cloth or an eyeglasses cleaning cloth, either way- both work wonders.

How to Purchase

Click on the 'Add to cart' button on the product page to add items to your shopping cart. Once you are ready to complete your purchase, click the shopping bag icon at the top right hand corner of the page. The following cards are accepted at our checkout: Apple Pay, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Switch, Solo and Delta.

Please be sure to check your full name and address when placing your order.

Entering a Discount Code

Once you are ready to place your order, click on the shopping cart and then click the 'Checkout' button at the bottom of the page. You will now be directed to the checkout page where you will be asked to enter your name and address. On the right-hand side of the page you will see your order details along with a discount code box. Enter your code into this box and click 'apply'. The discount has now been applied to your order. Click 'continue' at the bottom of the page to be taken to the where you will be required to enter your payment details.  Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes.

Shipping Costs

UK shipping is £2.99 unless otherwise stated as free during promotional periods. International shipping is £13.99. 
All orders from within the EU are subject to pay VAT on their order, we don’t collect VAT upon payment so it may be collected upon delivery. The courier may contact you to make The VAT/Customs payment once the package has entered the country. We do not cover the cost of customs fees.  
 
Royal Mail is our courier who passes it onto other carriers for international orders.

 

International Orders

Orders sent to Western Europe usually arrive within 7-14working days, Eastern Europe 7-14 working days and the rest of the world 7-21 working days. There maybe delays due to the Covid-19 pandemic. 

Orders outside the UK maybe charged customs/duties which may be added to your order by your local government as import duty/tax, we are not liable for these charges.

We are not responsible for for lost or damaged orders. You are responsible for ensuring the correct address details are given at the time of purchase.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday with the exception of UK holidays. Your package will be packed and shipped within 1-3 days.

The average shipping time for UK orders is 1-2 days (once shipped) and international shipping times are 5-10 days (once shipped).

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we ship to most countries worldwide. Please complete the check out process and our system will confirm if we ship to your country.

Can we contact you via Instagram regarding shipping?

Please make contact via the chat button on our website, where we aim to reply instantly, however during busy times, replies could take 1-2 hours. Our chat opening hours are from 10am to 6pm and we will not respond before or after these times. Exchanges & Returns 

We offer refunds within 7 days of receiving orders on all unworn items (excluding sale items.)
